The real Eric Holder

Eric Holder is by far, one of the worst picks that Obama has made. To be brutally honest Obama, the first Muslim POTUS has made so many bad choices it is really hard to keep track of. Holder has made it very easy to show how pathetic he is. Calling us a "nation of cowards" simply because he does not think We Americans have the balls to talk about 'race relations.' Mr. Holder, here is an update for you. Americans are more than willing to discuss race relations. Maybe you do not hear us because we talk open and honestly about them(for the most part). Honesty and openness are two character traits you know nothing about. We Americans are not afraid to use the words Islamic terrorist, Muslim terrorist, war against terror, war against Islam and shariah law, freedom, liberty, freedom of speech(not on your hostile, take it all over terms, radical Islamic terrorist, Islamic jihad, guns, 2nd amendment, domestic Muslim terrorist and the list goes on.

In poll after poll Americans are strongly in favor of the Arizona Illegal alien immigration bill. Close to 20 states are now working on similar legislation. I bet that bothers the hell out of you and your Muslim boss. I better stop ranting before I start foaming at the mouth and they haul me off to the rubber room. Next is a great post from Jim Kouri of Examiner.com

AG Holder: Ignorance, incompetence, or intransigence?

Examiner.com: We have an Attorney General who uses harsh words when talking to Americans, but is meek as a lamb when talking about our enemies. His latest vitriol is for law enforcement in Arizona. He's no friend of cops." - NYPD Detective

When Arizona passed its new immigration law in April, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder told reporters that the Department of Justice was "considering all possibilities, including the possibility of a court challenge." Weeks later, Holder admitted in Congressional testimony that he had not bothered to read the law.

Eric Holder's claim to fame is that in 1999 he helped helped arrange Bill Clinton pardons for 16 unrepentant members of FALN who had been convicted of “a variety of charges that included conspiracy, sedition, violation of the Hobbes Act (extortion by force, violence or fear), armed robbery and illegal possession of weapons and explosives -- including large quantities of C-4 plastic explosive, dynamite and huge caches of ammunition.”

While the political elite and advocates for illegal aliens appear to be willing to say and do anything to halt the enforcement of immigration laws at the federal and state levels, the fact of the matter is that an overwhelming majority of Arizonians support the legislation signed into law by Arizona Governor Janet Brewer. National polls also reveal that the vast majority of U.S. citizens favor Arizona's law with about 17 additional states seeking to replicate the controversial legislation.

"This is absolutely outrageous," said Marilyn DeYoung, Chairman of Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS). "Our nation's highest law-enforcement officer is issuing threats and intimidation over a law he has not bothered to read. Obviously, political considerations are trumping his duty to enforce immigration and labor laws."

President Obama also blasted the legislation, saying that it "threatened to undermine basic notions of fairness."

The Arizona law was written, in fact, to mirror federal law and court decisions. The requirement for foreigners to carry identification has been part of federal law for 70 years. Standards for "reasonable suspicion" of illegal presence in the United States were delineated by the Supreme Court decades ago.

"It is clear that this administration has no interest in enforcing immigration law. It could be ignorance or incompetence on Holder's part, but it more likely stems from the intransigence of Obama in refusing to secure our borders," said DeYoung.

In spite of these threats and calls for boycotts of Arizona, several polls have shown that large majorities of the American population support the Arizona legislation.

"Once again, the people are ahead of the politicians," DeYoung stated. "The Arizona law was a state response to an unacceptable situation. It addresses the failure of the federal government to enforce immigration law at the border and in the workplace."

"In the absence of federal enforcement a Mexican border state -- Arizona -- drowning in an illegal immigration pandemic has passed legislation that bans “sanctuary city” policies and makes it a state crime to be in the U.S. without proper documentation," said former NYPD detective Mike Snopes.
"While so many in this country struggle to make ends meet, we can all find comfort in the fact that untold tax dollars are being used to finance a world-class party for President Felipe Calderon. It is even more comforting to know that American taxpayers are providing an expensive and elaborate platform for Calderon to bash any attempts at enforcing our immigration laws," stated officials with the Border Patrol's Local 2544.

"Calderon took particular pleasure in bashing Arizona, aided by President Obama, who now declares that SB1070 might be applied 'in a discriminatory fashion', just like the thousands of other laws on the books. Great observation. Perhaps it would be wise to get rid of all laws, since they may be applied in a 'discriminatory fashion'. More excuses from a President who has shown zero interest in actually doing something to stop the madness that is illegal immigration," said the National Border Patrol Council web site statement.

"It is nice to see that President Obama is using his bully pulpit to cut our legs out from under us. Playing political games and pandering to other countries is obviously much more important than actually solving a problem. With legendary intellectuals such as Whoopi Goldberg and Eva Longoria-Parker attending the dinner, there is little doubt that many of the world's problems were solved in a single night," quipped members of the group, who represent U.S. Border Patrol agents serving throughout Arizona.

Justice Department officials have admitted that when members of the U.S. Senate -- including Judiciary Committee members -- were considering the nomination of Eric Holder as President Obama's attorney general last year, he failed to disclose all of the legal briefs he had written or signed from his time in private practice especially those briefs that are pertinent to his current positions and views during the so-called war on terrorism.

"Holder has now decided to be open and transparent with the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding his lapse remembering to turn over copies of his legal filings, including Amicus briefs on behalf of detained terrorists and enemy combatants," said Mike Baker, political strategist and private practice attorney.
